Going to the dealership

I had a hot floor foot panel by my gas peddle and Houston Mini is calling me in for a "computer up grade?" Any ideas??

Two seperate problems. The hot footwell panel is common on most minis as the heater assy is there.

Mine is warm at the footwell. What fix did they come up with?

what was the second problem i was talking about the warm foot well
