The lights are Halogens with SilverStar Bulbs. They are newer bulbs so I dont think they would have just died. They were going fine then boom passenger side goes out. I took the bulb out and its fine its not burnt out or anything. As for the A/C it works fine its super cold. Just doesnt come out of the top dash vent or the circular vents in the dash. Its werid. I think it could be the motor that changes the vents that is messing up. Tomorrow Im going to take apart the dash to see if I can find the problem. Ill buy new bulbs as well. See if that was the cause.

Since one headlight is working then swap the bulbs right and left and see if the driver's side is still working, this proves that the bulbs are OK.

Headlights have been known to go bad, esp the Xenons.

And Halogens run on 12 volts...

so you can check them with a voltmeter as well. Xenons you can't, the voltages are dangerous.

For the heater, it's probably something having to do with what moves the air doors in the heater box thinggy. Manual units have cables that go to the *****, and the auto has some solenoids. Take a look at REALOEM.com to see what the systems look like, and start poking around. Also, check you fresh air filter... Do you get different volumes of air if it's on fresh or recirc?

I took out the Fresh Air Filter and it was destroyed. It had leaves and twigs caught it in. I ran the a/c without it and it worked. So I called Napa Auto Parts and ordered a new filter. As for the bulbs. The light was burned out. It pisses me off since they are newer bulbs.

go with OE bulbs. they usually last MUCH longer and they illumiate
better than aftermarket.

those regular bulb white light is not that great in real world app, imho
from many piaa bulbs experiences (many many) through the decade.

Dont get finger prints on the bulbs. That will cause them to fail. I always cleaned my new bulbs (high beams and fogs) with an alcohol water mix to clean off any hand oils, then i used a pair of cotton 'coin collection' gloves to install them.

yah, i used a virgin paper towel with no chemicals on it to handle it. there was
no finger contact.

they will last about a year but by that time the brightness diminished by at least 35%.
