Brake Booster Leak

Anyone ever have the vacuum seal leak at the brake booster behind the peddle cluster. I have 62,000 on my 02 MCS and the brake booster sprung a vacuum leak. The dealer quoted $550.00 +/-. I have yet to repair and might look into doing it myself.

Has anyone changed the booster themselves? It looks like very tight work to replace the booster.

It comes with a new master cylinder....I have seen 2 leak in 5 years.

Of course, if your MC is ok, just put it to the side for later use.
