Electrical Outage?

Today I went out to Autozone to pick some items for my wifes car and then to Home Depot. (15 Minute ride) Everything was running fine and I was using the AC the entire time.

I came out started the car up everything seemed fine I took off and the blower for the AC did not come on I then tried to role down the windows and that didnt work. I thought I blew a fuse and was about to pull over and everything kicked on. The rest of the trip everything was good,

Anyone experience this? I have a 2002 and it has the original battery so I am going to replace it to be safe.

2003 Cooper S
7 Days out of warranty...

Driver side window doesn't work.
I can't use the remote to open the window,
I can't use the switch to open the window,
when openning the door, the window doesn't go down slightly.

My passenger window has similar problems but 30 seconds after I start the engine, passenger window works.

My 2003 Cooper used to do the strange power outage thing too. They never did fix it, but restarting the car generally fixed the issue, and it was never permanent.
