Best place to order OEM brake pads?

A friend of a friend has an out-of-warranty MINI and wants to replace the brake pads. He wants to stick with the OEM pads - where is the best place to get them? Dealerships will certainly sell them, but is there a cheaper solution?

Thanks!

Classic, check the site vendor sponsors.
Ask for the NAM discount.

What's the NAM discount there? I checked their vendor page but it does not say what the discount ammount is or how to get it - just call them up and ask?

I think both Classic and Morristown give 20% discounts - I've bought lots of stuff from Morristown with success.

That said, is your friend a masochist, or does he have black wheels?
While the braking performance is fine, the amount of dust from the OEM pads is insane!

Just pop them an email, mention NAM, I think it's a 20% discount.
I have bought from them several times, no problems.

I agree, but that's what he wanted. I think he was impressed that he went 42k miles on a single set of pads. Obivously dust isn't an issue with him, but I don't know him personally.

I went 56,000+ on the OEM rear pads. Just put new OEM pads on, rotors fine. Fronts didn't last as long.

If you think OEM stock pads make a lot of dust, try the JCW Brake Kit and you find out what a lot of dust REALLY looks like.

I think Mossmini.com has them. You should also get some wheel wax! I went with some ceramic ones from advance auto parts one time. They were about as good as oem with less dust. They lasted forever.
