07 auxillary jack problem

well before my auxiliar jack was working fine and i'm assuming the cable is stereo (becuase it played from both sides at one period in time) but then it stopped working

my problem is, is that i dont have the 3 yrs warranty or whatever, and was wondering if it covered by the car warranty (if they is any),

and if they're isn't any warranty on the car, how much i would have to pay for fixing my auxillary.?

Your post is unclear. If you have an 07, everything is covered under warranty, that would include the aux. input.

As others have noted, you do have warranty.

Do you power your player from the cigarette lighter? If aux works when your player is running only on its battery, it is probably a ground loop issue that can be remedied with a ground loop isolator.
