I am in need of assistance. I am a new member the stlmini.com and a new owner of a MC. I need a good area around here that I can make a great day roadtrip. Please make sure it has plenty of twists and turns. Let me know asap.

 

I have two suggestions for you.
1. Take Highway 94 from 40/64 all the way to Hermann, staying on the north side of the river, then take Highway 100 back to I44, then to STL
2. A shorter trip would be take Highway 79 north from I 70 to Highway 47 (at Winfield MO). Take 47 west to State Route W, take W north to Clarksville MO. a nice little town with a lot to see and do. Good eagle watching. Then return down 79 to I 70 to STL.
Either route will let you enjoy your new ride.

My suggestion.....

Take 100 to 'T' into Franklin County to the small town of Labadie. Stop there and get a great sandwich at the Labadie Market. Then keep going out 'T' to "Old HWY 100" west to Washington make a right turn on 5th Street to HWY 47 north go over the river to HWY 94 east to I-64/US40. Then go home with a smile on your face.
