I received a personal invitation from the president of the Audi Club of St. Louis today....

The Audi Club is sponsoring a Drivers Education Event at Gateway International Raceway, Saturday August 20th and they would like to see some MINI's in attendance!

It promises to be a great day at the track. The event provides an opportunity to learn performance driving, from trained instructors under the safest of conditions. Once you understand how your car reacts to stress levels incurred during track driving, you will be much better prepared for highway and traffic emergencies.


I plan to be there and I hope you can make it to.

Just a little conflict with the Balducci Winery Run but there may be some who prefer racing to wineing:smile:

Thanks for posting the invite! I'll send it to the club via e-mail next week.

I already signed up to fly kids around that day for "Young Eagles" in Columbia, so I probably won't be able to make it. If the Young Eagles event falls through, I'm there!
