I have a STRI oil pressure and a STRI water temp. gauge I am installing in my 08 Cooper S. Both are electric gauges and I plan to purchase a tapless adapter to install the pressure gauge and a hot link to install the temp. gauge.

Has anyone in the St. Louis club done this install and is this the best way to install them?

Would any of you who have done this be willing to give me a hand installing the hot link and tapless adapter? To make it easier I can have the gauges installed and wires ran before we start

I will pick up pizza and beer and we can make it a club tech session if there are others who would be interested in learning this.

I'd be interested in learning. I have installed gauges before but nothing like those.

This thread is getting looks but only your response. I have fabricated the gauge hardware and installed the gauges in the car. I need to purchase the mounting hardware for under the hood and then I will finish the install. I will let you know when I order these items and when I will be installing them.
