A Visit to Park Lane MINI, UK

I just got back from a trip to England and stopped by the Park Lane Dealer in London. Park Lane is owned by BMW as a satelite and a place where new designs are sent. I was so excited to see the rumored WC50 in the "flesh" signed by John Cooper. If anyone is ever in London, stop by there, its a great place for MINI enthusiasts.

I did not take pictures, but they do have some packages that are very cool. Park Lane edition: similar to checkmate package. They had two extremely decked out Camdens. They even had a BMW Racing MINI that was wild.

Well glad you enjoyed your trip. Would love to see shots of the Camden's.

LONDON

Our son lives in London, so we are there quite often. We always stop by Park Lane, it is "SPOT ON".
Next time you are in the UK, be sure to line up a trip to Plant Oxford, it is a good tour.
Be sure to 'Mind The Gap".

I think the conversion rate at the time was 1.65 US dollars for every GBP and the WC50 was 33k GBP and the Park Lane was 35k GBP, so these were some hefty Coopers. It really was amazing, its practically a museum, not a dealer.
