Mini of St Louis
Mini of St Louis
Hello:
I was at the dealership on Friday 15th. I was there for my anual low mileage oil change, brake fluid change, & replacement of the wiper blade inserts. It was not overly crouded. The shop was clean & the experience nice. Yes, I was only there for minor stuff but I do want to say it was a positive experience. In todays world we seem to be focused on the negative. I just want to give the service dept. & Rick Drezek a pat on the back, "good job"
A happy mini owner

Just wanted to give props to MINI of St. Louis.
My wife's 05 MCc had a flat tire when she came home last night. I took the tire off and put on the doughnut spare. Called MINI of St. Louis this morning and they said come on in.
After a thorough check of the tire, they determined that there was no puncture or damage. They told my wife it looked like something from the road hit a weight and got lodged against the edge of the tire and pulled the bead away from the wheel.
Long story longer: they remounted, balanced and installed the tire while she waited and didn't charge us a thing.
It's great to know that my wife (or anyone for that matter) who only knows how to drive and put gas in the car can get trustworthy service.
So, BIG THANKS to the MINI of St. Louis service department for taking care of us.

Yeah, they are great in the service dept. There was no issue when we were trading in the Cabrio, which was in the shop, front end pulled apart, and I stripped all kinds of things off it. They even took the front strut bar off for me
