If you could help us itwould be greatly appreciated.
NWI MINIacs is a new club in NorthWest Indiana. We are asking other clubs for copies of their by-laws and event wavers to help us organize and go to the next level. It is not about meeting up for icecreame nay more.

My only advise is be careful what you ask for. In our case, with Mid-Ohio Motoring, as soon as the idea of by-laws and structure was brought forward, those of us that are free-spirited MINI owners that just enjoy the fellowship said no go or we go. The decision to formally organize quickly went away and today we have more fun than ever...together.

Plus there is very little the paperwork will do to protect the club or it's leaders from a law suit and the cost of defending any suit. While you may win in court it will still cost you to win. Just do everything you can to limit your risk.
