Oh the aero grill, you can get that easy. There is a vendor that sells oem MINI parts for cheap. I forget there name but if you look in the vendor section you should be able to find them. If you don't want to have to wait to get it you can get the part from any MINI dealer. Just tell them that you want the upper and middle part for the grill on the aero kit. I think it's like $120 for both of them. Be forwarned though, the lower(middle) part of it is a pain in the a$$ to fit.
