West L.A. Photo Location - Help Needed

An opportunity has come up for me to do some MINI photography tomorrow. The cars are only available in the afternoon in the West L.A. / Santa Monica area.

I'd like some help with location suggestions.

What I'm looking for:
1) A relatively empty or low traffic parking structure
2) A relatively empty or low traffic parking lot
3) Something near the beach

I'm contemplating one of the parking lots off of PCH. Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance!

David

If only that Westside parameter weren't there, I'd probably suggest a bit south- say . . . Long Beach. There're some lightly used parking lots (right off the beach) not many people can see, as they are hidden from street view at the end of Cherry.
Another area is Belmont Shore. Plenty of parking lots there off the beach with oodles of palm trees.

Santa Monica would be cool in the morning hours 'cause the sun is to your back when facing the ocean. Sunset over the Pacific Ocean . . .those Speedlights are going to come in handy for fill.

Have fun tomorrow and don't forget to post pics!

In the Future

The company I work for has a newly constructed 300 car parking structure in Calabasas (the North - West side). It is seldom more than 1/2 full even during the weekdays. The upper deck is pristine and generally empty. I could probably get you permission to use it if you needed something like it in the future. Let me know.
