My experience has been good there, but primarily dealing with the SA...Brandon.

There is a woman sales person there who has been there for some time (years). I don't remember her name..Mary or something. I have discussed cars with sales person, his name is Mike. We never got to the point of making a deal but he was responsive on text and phone. He is a mini enthusiast. Not sure if he is still there

just kidding, although I wouldn't mind owning it. first owner sure did put some miles on in a short time, keep that in mind for warranty purposes, maybe negotiate that into price.

 

Mini of Escondido used to be called Brecht Mini.

Just Google "Brecht Mini Review". Keep in mind that most of the reviews are about the [dis]service department.

Buy your car there, but then go elsewhere for service.

While under scheduled maintenance consider Mini of San Diego. A good independent is All German Auto, also in Escondido.

Btw - I do like Brecht Collision for repairing the inevitable accident damage.

 

Thanks all for the feedback! I am in Norcal so service is not a concern. It is not clear whether this is a CPO; will find out and report back.

 

The car was sold last weekend, apparently at asking price. Not to me though; I ended up buying a R53 GP instead.
