So a few have requested a meet & greet. Some requesting seat time in my MINI or just to see it. Well, I finally sold my wheels, so if you wanna see them before they're gone or just to hang out with fellow members, come on out!

The meet will be this Saturday, time and place, I'm not sure, but lets combine ideas and figure out where to go and meet/eat.

Ideas are welcome!!!

He probably ordered a JCW kit w/o PDC and just redrilled to add the feature. He does that for a lot of the BMW guys when that happens, same thing happened to my 335i back then.

later works for me, but dependent on where. I'm also going to the SCMM Coogies breakfast in Malibu in the AM, which usually ends with a run up a canyon after. So it will be a full MINI day for me

 

I'm in too! I'll meet pretty much anywhere in the LA area (Thousand Oaks to Santa Ana). I love the LA Forest but I'm not sure if there's really a great place to meet up there. Of course the PCH is always nice too.

By the way, does anyone have a OBDII coding cable they could bring? I'm trying to test if my cable is bad or if it's my software.

Because of unforeseen circumstances that have arised I will not be able to attend a meet this weekend. There are some personal issues that require my full attention at this moment and I'll probably a bit more MIA than usual.

I hope you guys decide here to have a meet without me and hope you all have a chance to meet because I think MINI owners are pretty darn cool.

Does anyone know of a good place? I haven't been in LA too long so I don't know many good hang out spots.

I like Barney's Beanery, its a pretty good crowd pleaser but none of the locations have great parking. Burbank has a garage that should be fairly open on the upper floors but I'd assume outdoor parking would be best as there's daylight outside.
