thanks, i should have been more clear. im actually looking in OC, but i can get to LA. can i ask you; whats the difference in percentage in the pulleys? i see you have a 17. most run a 15?? im NEW to this, ive been reading ALOT but maybe you can clear it up a little. im not going to race my car, i just want a lil more "punch" when i step on it. just ordered an alta intake and i was gonna "one ball" the muffler w/ a flowmaster/magnaflow but i dont want it all loud and irritating. ill prob be happy with intake, pulley and a cat-delete pipe??
thank again!

There's also EF1 (www.ef1motorsports.com) in Long Beach, Fabrizio has been a friend to MINIs for many years.
In the OC, ABF Tech Division has a ton of MINI performance experience. www.abftechdivision.com

From my personal experience with Johnny's....I would never give them my business. Within 30 secs of conversation, he simply said make your car look pretty and dont' bother with the drivetrain, the R56's are at their max potential from factory.
From a customer stand point, hearing someone say your car is a lost cause is not being very professional. Just my $.02
