I need new control arm bushings and the dealer quoted $725. I'm trying to find alternative locations in OC to get the job done. I tried to find reviews/experience on SoCal Mini Cooper (part of Ronin Autowerks) in Fullerton, but haven't found any. Found one post that said Matt Rose the owner is a cool guy, but has anyone gotten any work done there before? What about any other independent locations in OC? I know about Steve's Auto Clinic in North Hills, but thats too far for me. If I like the place, I also want to eventually get a new pulley, intake and exhaust too. Have kept my '06 S stock for way too long (except for the wheels/tires)!

 

I don't know if this is far for you but there is a good mechanic in N Hollywood. Can't beat the prices for the work he does. Just give him a call.

Thanks but ya even this is a bit far for me. Maybe if I was getting everything done (pulley + intake + exhaust) then I wouldnt mind driving to NoHo, but I have a pretty busy life these days (2 youngs ones) and just want everything to be convenient now

 

Go see Danny for everything. He'll have you in and out before you know it. It's worth the drive.
