UPDATE:

Just to let everyone know, Brecht had a snafu with their email system that notified half of their customers of a Padres event at the dealership. Well, the notification was 5 days after the event and my son was very disappointed the event was done.

Anyway, Brecht stepped up and the General Manager of Sales, Chip, went above and beyond and got my son an autographed ball by Chris Young. I don't know what other dealership or business would go to so much trouble for a customer, but they did!

They have a customer for life!
