Would any of you be interested in participating in a car care/detailing seminar? In cooperation with Import Paint and Body, I'm offering a Saturday afternoon session where we would have a group participation event. You would have the opportunity to detail your own car in a heated environment, or just learn about do's and dont's of caring for the finish on your car.

We're approaching a busy time of the year, so I was thinking we might do this on a Saturday afternoon in January. The exact date selection will not be made until mid-December, and depends upon my ability to be off work from my primary job.

The owner of Import Paint and Body also has a Mini, and is very interested in providing the facilities for this event.

 

Hey STreece, I'd love to head to Charlotte for the detailing class. (Could visit some friends while I'm there too...) Mid-January sounds perfect to me as I'm still hoping for a pre-Christmas delivery but am worried it may get pushed back somewhat to early Jan if I don't get loaded onto a ship soon...

I never had a car before that I cared much about detailing!

There is a post on MINI2 about a karting outing in January. The dates proposed are Saturday the 11TH or the 18TH. Just to let you that another MINI event was being planned for Charlotte in January. I would like to attend both.
