I have a windshield crack, and I'm wondering what kind of experiences other people have had trying to get Tom Bush to replace windshields under warrantee.

Did you have to beg? Did they just say no? Or were they cooperative?

I want to know what to expect before I show up.

 

If you have insurance within Florida the insurance company pays for everything. Just insist on OEM glass which has the MINI logo stamped on it. You can even call on a auto glass shop that will come right to you home or business and do the repair.
