I would like to make several modifications to my 03 MCS, however, I'm not very mechanically inclined. Does anyone know a good independent mechanic that works on the MCS here in the Tampa Bay area? Recommendations and your experiences with the mechanic would be appreciated. My planned mods include intake, exhaust and maybe the pulley. Thanks.

 

IMO the best performance mechanic in St. Pete is Mickey Kramer of European Performance.

The guy knows his stuff. It's quite common to see twin turbo 911's, Ferrari's, AMG's and M-Series BMWs at his shop. He's been building European Rockets for years.

Shade tree mechanic here... If you're installing exhaust and intake I can give you a hand. I live in Dunedin. You agree to buy the beer and we'll talk about $. I'll be doing the swaybar to mine as soon as Moss has it off backorder, so should be able to tackle that one for you too. After watching Randy, step by step, I would even go so far as to say I could do the pulley using the lift method. (I will not say that I'll do it in 1 hour flat like Randy though.)
