So back in January, I decided that I wanted to buy a MINI Cooper Clubman. I did my research online and looked at the inventory online for the local dealerships in L.A. I e-mailed the Long Beach dealership about a car they had and went in a couple of days later to check it out. I didn't have the best experience there so I left and my brother told me about his visit to the South Bay MINI dealership so we headed over. I met Chris and from that point on, he did a tremendous job helping me through the process, from beginning to end.

I ended up ordering a Horizon Blue Clubman and left happy. However, after waiting for my car for a month and a half, I was having a change of heart about the options that I didn't order. So I e-mailed and called Chris (just about once a week, sorry Chris! ) and asked for his opinion/thoughts about other cars on the lot. He was more than happy to show me the available cars that met my needs. I finally ended up with my Laser Blue Clubman S and couldn't be happier. Chris is an all-around friendly guy who has a lot of patience and is understanding of my fickle mind.

Chris comes highly recommended. If you are interested in buying a MINI, he is the guy to go to.
