He's the a giant lab/ (shepard/rotty/pitbull/boxer - not sure) mix. The lab part is pretty obvious, but we have no idea what else is in there. We got him from the humane society a few months ago. He's about 6 yrs old, and weighs 90 lbs. he's a big boy, but I bet a lab/husky is that size, too. He likes other dogs, too, and normally does okay with them.
I don't know if my wife will show up or not. But I won't bring the dog with me, because I can't fit him and the autocross stuff in the car at the same time And last time he went to an autocross, the loud cars scared the poo out of him, and it drove my wife nuts to have the giant scared dog dragging her around.

Sounds like a cutie. Bear is about 75 lbs and almost 3 years old.
I know what you mean about fitting the dog and other stuff in the car. We still haven't nailed down the best way to set her up. She's only ridden once, on our way back from the dealership. We just put the seats down for her, but she wasn't wild about that. Too much room to slide around. She ended up sitting her butt on our bag that was behind the driver's seat and pointing out the back. Next time, we're gonna see how she does with the seats up.
Any advice? How does your puppers usually ride?

But really, he's slightly too big to be riding in a Mini - not that he fits in our other car (a civic sedan) very well, either, though.

Our beagle hates car rides. We hoped she would get better once we got the MINI. No luck so far. So...she rides in her crate when we go places. She seems to like the safety of it. We just fold the seats down and load the crate in through the hatch. We'll usually stuff a blanket on each side of the crate to stabilize it.

Well, the autocross was awesome. The course was a blast. I turned my fastest run with my friend in the car, it was cool.
I talked to Dave and Stacy a little bit, and saw that 2005LY must have been there since I saw a yellow mini on the road
That was awesome. A great way to almost end the year... Or end the year if I don't go to the one in Waterloo on the 24th.
