How do I post a link but have it show

How do I post a link but have it show a title for the link as opposed to the link itself?
example the link is....
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=59411

but I want it to show
Pepper White Peerage

I'd like to add this to my sig so I don't have to copy and paste it everytime I'd like to tell a new member about the thread.

Replace the text between the URL brackets with the text you want.

The part in quotation marks after URL= needs to stay (it is the link), but the part between the brackets can be replaced with the text of your choice

Sorry, not the best explanation!

Thanks, Dave! I wondered how to do this, also. I learn something new on NAM every day!

Or for the lazy crowd like me. Type in your text, highlight it and choose the button that looks like the earth with a link. Type in the address and your text now becomes the link.

Like this but a little different looking area for editing your signature but works the same way.

YAY, thanks y'all!
On another forum I frequent (GardenWeb.com) it has a fill in the blank type of thing-ie put the url here and then put the name here. So I learned the lazy way and never the right way.
Now I know,
Thanks again,
Annette
