Does ignore list work for PMs?

My ignore list is growing, three so far, and its a great feature. However, does the ignore list also work for any PMs the ignoree may send me?

Another thing in regards to this request, it'd be nice to know who has you ignored so you don't waste time sending PMs to people who wont be seeing your message.

Yes...any messages sent from someone on your ignore list are also ignored.

As for knowing that your on someone's ignore list before you send them a message isn't supported. Besides I can imagine the flame wars erupting because someone learned that they are on someone's ignore list.

I have no idea what this thread is about, because you're all on my ignore list. Especially Mark.

EEK. No need for vomit. Yuck.
It was just a joke based on something my mom said during her last visit (it was actually something about the family that buffs together........)......

I was going to go to sleep, but now I have to change my mental image away from Tuls swallowing puke on purpose ............don't want to dream about that..............

Actually, spouses that are both members of NAM need to keep their posting separate and distinct, as in using their own usernames, AHEM....

Mark...

As an alternate suggestion, how about a little counter in your profile that simply tells you how many other NAM users have you on their ignore list, without saying who they are?

I think it would serve an interesting value since you would know just how many people think you have been bad/annoying enough to actually take the time to ignore. If the number keeps growing, people might change their tune.

I did think of that... and decided... who cares? If someone starts a thread bragging about their stupid ignore list count, we can ALL just add EVERYONE on that thread to our own ignore list... if they're that pathetic that they want to do what they can to increase the number, then right there is good reason to help them with that. A "one thread shop" for a large percentage of your "ignore list" needs!

Why can't we add an area coordinator to our ignore list? I mean it's not a coordinator from my area & if someones comments bother me why should I be forced to view them just because they have been given a title? Just curious
