Copyright issues concerning Member Galleries
I am wondering what MCO's policy is concerning copyright of images posted to the member galleries.?
There is no mention at all of whether or not these photos become the property of MCO, or if the copyright remains with the poster, or if they are considered public domain once they are freely posted here without indicating copyright status.
When I post an image to the gallery here, I purposefully make it at a "web-ready" low-res image that would suffer if reproduced beyond the internet. However, I also consider any image I post here to be freely given to the MINI public domain.
What'cha think Mark? Might be worth including a one sentence disclaimer at the beginning of the gallery page to clarify MCO's policy, just to cover everyone's ****. . . .

Also, I think it would be great if the NEWEST images posted to a gallery show up on the first page rather than the last.
As much as I love Bulldog's (Steve Dayan) new MINI set against the Hollywood hills (Viewed: 3870 times), it is just not quite as fresh of an image as it was 6 months ago.
And of course, I know you are busy and have a zillion more important things and ideas about the future of MCO, but this is just one simple guy's simple opinion.
