As they say in the NFL, 'it's under review.' It will most likely comeback, cleaned-up just so that relevant on topic material is there. Basically minus the last 3 or so pages...

don't worry guys before you know it our opinionated members will find something else to argue about. Can anyone explain why these sort of discussions or more appropriately arguments almost never take place at the mini2 forum?

Feast or famine...
MINI2 is pretty much void of this type of behavior, but it's also quite sterile. It's like the wild west here on NAM! I "grew-up" on MINI2, and I think I still have more posts over there... It's just more civil, and managed differently. I find the topics here (NAM) more engaging, and I hang-out here more now. One of the trade-offs or negatives seems to be this type of activity though. Freedom and liberty to say or do what one wants is great, but when such action infringes upon another, the line gets drawn, and it did.

Having an opinion and expressing it is welcome on NAM as long as you respect other member's rights to do the same.
If you want a "sterile" environment then just contact Mark our founder.

As readers of these threads we each can decide what grains of truth there can be and appreciate more than one approach or viewpoint to any issue or topic.
As we each make our choices that result in successes and failures we can let others know so that they can be more informed before they do the same.
If I wasn't interested in all this fun, I would have taken my wife's advice and bought a Camry like 6 out of my 7 neighbors did. My block looks like a Toyota used car lot!

after putting in my 2 cents here, spend about 10 minutes at mini2 and decided to return. this is the UFC for minis, so "let's get it on"

It's definitely a different flavor of MINI.
Have you ever noticed they didn't have 'civil wars' in the UK? They just took all the people that didn't like each other and made another country.
