Bump?

Putting Nomex on Now

I think I know the answer but want to be sure before I do it, and yes, I did a search and found only the word, not an explanation.

What's a "bump" and what does it do? Is it for when we've posted something and nobody's replied to it and we want it back on top of the list of current topics?

Thanks

Hunter
