I see some changes on the site and can't seem to find the advanced search option, which used to be on upper right of home page.

i did find a way to get to the advanced search though...on the bottom of any forum section you'll see a drop down menu that says "Forum Jump". Go there and select Search Forums and it will take you to the advanced search

I was also looking for the advanced search and couldn't find it. I searched for "search" on the home page and found this thread.

If the search isn't doing what you want, you can always try Google. A search term like this (to find all threads with "build" and "btwyx") can work, but doesn't return only posts from the named user:

site:northamericanmotoring.com btwyx build

If you want to search thread title, this works pretty well (find "build" in page title):

allintitle: build site:northamericanmotoring.com

It got removed in the process of changing over to a new NavBar that should be more intuitive to use, it was initially thought the new system would have the advanced feature. As it didn't the original advanced search is now back in place.

So for anyone that didn't notice it getting restored, everything should be back to normal now.

 

Thank You!! ..... however I see Advanced Search under "Search this Thread", but not where it used to be for an overall search of the site.
