i keep getting email notifications although i think i have turned them off.. any help? am i missing something.. i get a lot of emails from here and its pretty annoying lol

 

To Remove existing subscriptions:
Go to your User CP, click "List Subscriptions", Click view all subscribed threads, there is a check box at the title heading, select it, scroll to the bottom and use the drop box to update subscription type to reduce the frequency or remove existing subscriptions.

Adjust other notifications:
Go to your User CP, click "Edit Options" there is a heading called Messaging & Notification, where you can adjust Emails received with the check boxes. Then you can go to default thread subscription mode, to make sure you're not signing up for more emails every time you post. Then in "Private Messages" you can remove notifications for PMs as well if you so desire.
