Recently on NAM we have seen a few cases of people building websites from the ground up with little original content of their own, then using North American Motoring to solicit NAM Members to build the content for them. Frankly, this isn't a practice we approve of.
There may be a rational for us to make exceptions on a case by case basis, therefore Mark Ferguson (mferguson) and I (private message link in my signature) will be the contacts for anyone seeking approval to post a solicitation for a third party website.
