Can I change the forum display?

I'm finding the small yellow font on a black background hard to read, compared to MINI2 or others, like iPodlounge, etc.

Can I change the appearance on a personal level? I went into "My Account" and only saw a theme change.....

Not for now. The site is due for a major software upgrade and a theme change is going to occur with that.
