Depends on the issue chosen.

I get items sent for Alliance Magazine Contributor, Alliance Membership Support and NAM Help Feedback. Everything else goes to Internet Brands to handle.

This was a club forum issue. Not sure who deals with these issues, can you please find out and get back to me.

Try contacting IB Adrian. Internet Brands has supposedly taken over the majority of the admin functions.
