One of the more popular activities on the MCO is a 'Call to Wheels' get together. My term for getting a buch of people to go motoring together. Someone suggests a meeting date and many others chime in with their best time, date and location of the get together.
While everyione is well intentioned, these posts wind up with dozens of interested parties but no one place to post the final mett statisitics. In order to find out what has been decided you wind up having to read through many different emails, most of them not with the final information.
Is there a way a 'calander of events for each region can be developed displaying the final statistics of meet?

I'm not sure how it gets flowed up into a larger calendar, but the way I'm shoing an event is to make a .jpg image of all the final details. That way it's easy to post and easy to send club members a link with all the details in one spot.

An example is shown here

 

Currently there is no ability in the club functionality we have to enter an event at the club level (other than just text). Once we have events captured in a database at the club level I can retrieve them from all the clubs to create a national calendar (and regional calendars).
