Hi, everybody! My wife and I just moved to the valley from way far out of state and are looking to get the MINI's windows tinted before summer shows up and fries us through the glass. I kow there are plenty of places that will do the work in town -- we live on the west side, and I drive by three places on the way to work every day -- but I don't want to take the MINI to just any old place. Any recommendations on shops that do good work? Thanks!

 

Mine were done by the dealership before I picked up the car. I was happy with the place we got my wife's car done, but it's on the east side of town.

I have had all my cars done over by the airbase, however, my brother has had both of his Pcars done at http://www.totaleclipselv.com/ on Sahara Blvd, accross the street from Gaudin Porsche/Jaguar. They are very nice and have reasonable prices. Hope this helps.

 

I second the recommendation for Total Eclipse on Sahara. They do excellent work. I had all my cars (6) done at that place and they are great. John the owner is great and will do any tint combo you like, and the prices are very reasonable. He recently did my new 2006 Mini Cooper S and it looks awesome with a combo of 35% for the fronts and 15% for the rears. Here is a pic of my MINI:
