100k on the 2002 S that the majority of the parts came from. There are a few parts in the mix that were off my 2003 S with anywhere from 75k to 90k miles on them depending on when they were removed.

Yup, I still have them. And the black brackets you speak of are hiding on top of the intercooler. They're still around as well.

How much for the two brackets and both above referenced hardware (hopefully you have those)?

I'm almost certain I left those on the intercooler brackets when they were removed. I'll check this afternoon and get back to you. If I do have all that you're looking for, how's $30 plus shipping sound?
