Ahhh Man! Why oh why am I forced to choose between this and MINI's Slay The Sleeping Dragon ?

 

Just made my reservation at the block of rooms Sharon has for us. They have 5 rooms left!

PS--they don't take pets.

 

But the website says they do.

Hey All
I am off the week of the 21-27'th and I am actually going to go up on the 22 and come back on the 26'th Wed-Sun. The people at the Super 8 [Used to be the Gazebo Inn] were very nice but I couldn't sweet talk them in to letting me take Maverick. So they gave me the room number to the Ramada -- a street over and I made a reservation so that Maverick could go. If anyone is interested in taking their best buddy, the number to the Ramada is 865-436-7881. This is shaping up to be a great trip.

 

Sounds like a plan now all I have to do is figure out the logistics..

Though interested, I don't think I'll be able to make this one. There is a Halloween party that I'm kind of commited to attending that weekend. Have fun guys!

This sounds like a blast! I will check my calendar - the only thing to take me away would be if the Deacs are playing at home. I'll check with "she who must be obeyed" Hopefully we can make it.

Since many of us will be at the MSTD (Mini Slay the Dragon), I'm sure Paul will work us up a run over to see you all at "BOO". Why don't you all get up a run and come visit us at Fontana on one of the other days; the exchange visits would be fun.

 

I am certain that could be arranged. Exchange visits would be a BLAST...

BlimeyCabrio is usually in charge of the big run on Saturday of MINIS Slay the Sleeping Dragon. On page two of this thread he mentioned the Fontana folks running over to Gatlinburg. I'm thinking that might be the Saturday trip he'll be planning. Let's get Paul to chime in; he's always got a plan!!!! I guess another way would be for the ones at Fontana that wanted a taste of Boo, could motor over Sunday...sort of on the way home...have lunch with you all and motor on. ????

 

Ok, Ok!! You all have made this sound like so much fun, I've cancelled my Dragon reservations and made reservations at the Super 8 in Gatlinburg. With Arts mention of Maverick (we first met Maverick at Helen last yr), Lukes mention of tickets on the dragon, and remembering running most of the rubber off my tires on the dragon last year (not to mention all you fun folks) it was a no brainer to switch. We're coming up Thursday the 23rd in case anybody wish to motor together. Maybe my TILLEY (cabrio) will come as a coupe...thats a scary thought

 

GREAAAT, we can motor over to the dragon if we have time. I think Luke and I are leaving the 22. Maverick can't wait to see you again.
