Hi all. I have not been here much but would like to get back in contact.
I would like to put some mod days together sometime in the spring. Don't much care what, I just like working on the MINI. Even a maint day would be good. Flush cooling, oil changes, trans fluids, etc.
Also, would like to get a Chattanooga group together for MINIs on the Dragon. Last year I did just a Sat trip and it was great.
Unfortunately anything during the week I will likely miss due to work, school and kids.

Yes we met!! Despite wind and torrential rains...didn't stop our MINIS!!
We had a great time. Lotsa new faces! Philip and his wife, Kris and the Neeley's were there. But we were visiting and I didn't think to ask about another get together. Duh! So...some interest has been shown about a maintenance day (group oil change, brakes etc). I'm afraid I will bring the eats but will have to defer the technical aspects to the more mechanically learned folks!!
Anybody have any ideas?

I like the idea of a maintenance meetup! Our MINIs are due for their "in between dealer" oil changes and a tire rotation. I'm also thinking about installing some ceramic brake pads on Zipper. I'm tired of scrubbing nasty brake dust off my web spokes every few days. Heck, we could even break out the Zaino and make it a shine party as well!
We have plenty of driveway space to park a bunch of MINIs and a good size deck / screened porch for everyone to relax on.

I just did Hawk ceramic pads a couple of weeks ago and they are great.
I got them from the brake vendor here on NAM for a very good price (TCE I think).
Not hard to do and I can bring the Harbor Freight brake tool for the rears.

I have Spring fever! As a matter fact, I just put the first of 20+ coats of Zaino on Zipper this evening. This early daylight savings time change is great for us OCD MINI shine people!
I know that everyone is busy or has conflicting schedules. We even have to skip the Atlanta MINIS scavenger hunt next weekend.
