Solo Are Modified Coopers faster then Stock Ones?
I'm seeing recomendations of 1 degree less camber in the rear. With a stock setup of around -1.2 F what would you set the rear at? 0, -.5. -1 ?? Do these cars get crazy with some toe out in the rear like -1/16 each side?

Unfortunately, in the rear, you can only dial it to -.8 to -1.2 or so with stock setup. On the front, if your seeing anything above -.5 per side, your doing extremely well. The main thing, just make sure you don't have -1.8 or something crazy in the rear. You'll need to run higher pressures in the rear to compensate for having more negative camber back there. Anyone getting -1.2 in front per side must have it lowered a bit, unless there was a larger variance for 2006 models.

On the rear, to be honest, I never really tried it. I was always roughly around zero toe. For the front, with Toe out, yeah, its going to make the car a bit more jumpy I'd say for sure with any toe out.

I don't think I'd be trying to go through snowy mountain passes, but other than that it's not bad.Jake
My daily driver/GS MINI is set up with a little more than a 1/16th toe out in the rear and I can't tell much of a difference. Now toe out in the front, yeah it's much more twitchy, but still very streetable. Just watch the sneezes on the highway

I'm running 0.25 total toe in front, neutral in the rear...
Wicked quick turn-in, excellent where quick transitions are required (e.g. slaloms and offsets), but a little touchy on long, fast sweepers...
