Per clarification in the sandbox - thought I'd post it here for people to know as time goes on:

You may run vin-matched JCW springs & JCW sway bars
You may run JCW sway bars with stock or sport suspension

You may NOT run vin-matched JCW springs WITHOUT the JCW sway bars

Good info for those all looking to run JCW-spec'd Minis in the future.
