Does anyone know if an aftermarket oil cooler is permitted in DS?

 

They're not allowed -- oil coolers are explicitly allowed in the Street Touring rules, but aren't mentioned in the Street rules and are thus not legal.

Having said that, protesting an aftermarket oil cooler would arguably be a weenie protest, at least at the local level.
