Does anyone know how to contact CG-Lock?

I ordered their device over 2 months ago and have not received it in the mail. I've sent several emails to them that have not been answered. With no phone number on their site and nobody responding to customer emails, I'm wondering if I am going to have to write them a letter or call my credit card company and have them handle it?

Sigh. . . . .
