Since there are almost no modifications allowed in the stock classes, who would be able to tech a reduction in pully size? or internal engine work?

I realize a header, exhaust and some other a fairly obvious, but others are difficult to spot.

If you know what to look for, the pulley is pretty easy so spot.

The job of the Tech inspector is to ensure the car is safe. Tech does NOT classify your car. It is up to the individuals integrity to register their car in the correct class.
