I found this post on the SCCA Forums, and include this excerpt in case there is someone here who might be interested.

"Short history: I bought this car 4 months ago with intentions to take it autocrossing, but now I have found something different that I've wanted for a number of years. The MINI is all stock, but I have all the hot parts necessary to be a national-caliber stock-class autocrosser if you are interested. These parts include double-adjustable Koni shocks, adjustable front sway bar endlinks, SSR 16x6.5" wheels, two sets of Hoosier R-compound tires, and a custom lightened exhaust. The shocks, links, and wheels were used on the 2008 nationals-winning HS MINI. Car is priced at $14,000 stock or $16,500 with all the racing goodies included. The parts will be available after the car sells if the buyer does not want them."

Do these add ons still make it a "Stock Class " competitor?
I'm not familiar with the classes.
Sound like this is just a stock Mini.

 

I believe the current owner was aiming at the "Stock" preparation level, as the parts he has (not presently installed according to my read) would not bump the car any higher under SCCA rules.
