225/50R16 v710 on R56
So, how do they fit - any rubbing?
I ran 215/40R16 V710s last summer, but they look awfully small and I was hitting the rev limiter nearly every race. Also lots of wheelspin. The bigger tires seem like a better choice.

 

Haven't heard of anyone actually running that size tire. I run a 215/50/16 on a 7" wheel et40. They fit fine with my Mach V springs, i'll be installing h&r coilovers tomorrow and I'll report back on how that goes fitment wise. I think the 225 will fit fine depending on your wheel width/offset and the degree to which you are lowered.

 

Yes, the 215/50/16 would be ideal - I wish they made that in a V710 or A6.
I expect the 225 will fit though, as the car hasn't been lowered. My offset is et42.
