I'd like to get your feedback on the drive. Any ideas for ways to improve future group drives are welcome as well.

Feel free to either post your comments or e-mail me at dave_bunting@hotmail.com

A MINI drive?? Sounds great. When you have time, I would enjoy some details. How many minis were there. Where did you meet? Where did you drive? Do you have a separate site for owners in your area? Did you organize on the web? What were the responses from other drivers? I hope to have my mini in less than a month, and hope we can start organizing drives here in Central Ohio real soon!

It worked out quite well. Lots o' fun and the MINICOOPERONLINE t-shirt is way-cool. Nice to meet other Mini-obsessed people!

Only suggestion for future drives is to possibly have the major stops determined ahead of time -- the regrouping points. That way, people know how far/where they have to go in case they need to break away from the pack -- to refuel, take a bathroom break, take pictures, get food, etc...

(Plus people that want to go fast can go fast and slow ones slow. )

What's the next trip?
Mt. Evans Auto Road?

Mini folks from the Denver area went on the Rocky Mountain National Park drive today....it was great -- lots of switchbacks and scenery... You may want to check your region's events in the FORUMS!

forozco: Thanks for the ideas. There was a lot that went right today, and as you point out some things to improve on for next time.

So many drive possibilities living here in Colorado. Mt. Evans... MINI'S AT 14000 FT... That would be a good one. Would you be interested in helping to organize that?
