I'm sure MITM is fun, but I really liked having our small group of people, where I got to chat with everyone who attended.

 

and that is why we schedule no large group rides. We allow our folks to come down, pair off, then go whereever whenever, and it is always in small groups. At the end of the day we tend to have the large group back comparing notes, and that is how....they decide where to go tomorrow.
