SCCA time trial at CMP
anyone else going to the SCCA time trial? They made a lot of changes to the program, gone are the days of requiring a full race car with roll & fire protection
I'm taking my r53, scca hates na/supercharged cars with engine mods, it stuck me in max 3

I saw 3 mini's participating, a justacooper r50 in advanced with me, and a r53 in intermediate. The other r53 had a belt failure, I hooked him up with one of my spares but it would not make boost, probably a crank pulley failure.
I had a great time, they did 3 20min sessions each day, after the track sessions we did a timed session with autocross timing gates on half the track, saturday the west half, sunday the east half.
I did pretty good, 2nd place in class and 23st fastest on track out of 120 cars. I'm consistently running 1:53's now, my time on rs4 and re71r is basically the same.
This was my best lap saturday am, was in the first session
