NASA Mid-Atlantic creates 2008 Enduro Series and announces new Summit Point date.


NASA Mid-Atlantic is pleased to announce that the Charlie Gibson 300 will not be the only enduro hosted by the Mid Atlantic Region in 2008, it will only be the start. The other two races will take place at Summit Point on August 23 and at Summit Point on November 9. The August 23 Bill Scott Enduro will be 1.5 hours and require a team of two drivers with a minimum of one pit stop. The NASA Mid Atlantic weekend on November 9 will feature a four hour enduro that will conclude the series.

The final points race of the NASA Mid Atlantic sprint race championships will take place on November 8. Champions will be crowned on the evening of Saturday November 8th during an extra special Saturday night awards ceremony. Sunday will feature fun only sprint races as well as the Four Hour enduro.
